We hired Bruno Massaro & Sons to remove some popcorn ceilings, repair and paint the sheet rock ceilings and walls in our living room and hallway. It didn't take long to see the first time quality work Joe was doing so we decided we had to take advantage of someone who really knew what he was doing and cared about the quality so we decided to hire BM & S to repair and paint all the rooms in the entire house. They do excellent work, very professional and are efficient at what they do. We highly recommend them as they are a old school business that has been around for over 60 years which says a lot and are just a great family to do business with. And if they don't offer the service you are looking for they recommend other quality contractors that do, plus have many great ideas so the entire project comes out looking right. Also dealing with Bruno, Mo and Joe in the office has been a pleasure so thanks to you all as our project seems to keep growing so we will be working together for a while to come. Thank you! They did a fabulous job fixing the water damaged ceiling in our dining room and finishing it with a beautiful paint job. They also fixed similar water damage to the ceiling in our bathroom. Now, for unexplained reasons, our bathroom ceiling paint is peeling 3 years after the work was initially done and Bruno Massaro and Sons have volunteered to quickly come and fix the damage because they stand by their work and want their customers to be happy. Very much appreciated.

"The Massaro team is legendary, for many good reasons. Every time their team has done a job at my house in New Haven, they have spotted extra ways to improve the job at no extra charge. Examples: On a recent skylight installation (teamed with their excellent colleagues at Russo Roofing), Kevin & Andy on the Massaro team came up with a smart design that made it easy to add an LED light within their sheetrocking frame. For another skylight, the team offered to do some extra sheetrocking that they rightly thought would make the job look more elegant. On a wall repair, they spotted a crack in a different wall and fixed that crack--Guy Massaro said they had time to kill while the repair on their main job was drying. Right now they're helping the carpenters of Common Vision finish work in expanding a room, and the Massaro team just spotted some loose plaster and fixed it on the fly--no charge and no problem. This attitude toward doing the best-possible job obviously flows from the Massaro brothers--Bruno, Joe, and Guy--who are involved every day on jobs. And the Massaro brothers have evidently given full authority to their working teams to do on-the-fly improvements. I was fortunate to have Bruno Massaro and Sons repair two bulging areas of drywall, one in a stairwell, and the other in an upstairs hallway. Both of these were original to the house. The results of the repairs were flawless and blemish free. In addition, they built a column on both sides of the main front door to cover some exposed pipes. Again, their expertise, skills, and quality of work were exceptional. My compliments and thanks definitely go to Bruno Massaro and Sons for a professional and impressive job.
